Returns will be accepted providing the customer contacts us ASAP upon receipt of merchandise, and the merchandise has not been used.

If merchandise is damaged in any way during shipping or if the order is wrong, a refund or exchange will be honored, provided the item is not used. 

If something fails within a 90 day time frame after it is received and has been used ie rivet comes out or stitching pulls loose or any failure of workmanship, please contact us via email for instructions.  We guarantee our workmanship, therefore we will make it right.
